Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on 4/18/2022, found that VNA Hanover and Spring Grove, had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B & C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed between 2/17/22-2/22/2022.
